Today is the day we put down our phones, turn off the TV and really enjoy our families. Well, at least for a few hours, haha. Whatever your Thanksgiving traditions are, I challenge you to disconnect from electronics and really talk to and listen to family members. Whether it's listening to your Grandma tell stories about when she was young, or one of your younger cousins discussing how fun/crazy/tough college is. Our family almost always celebrates the holiday a few days early (due to split families or schedules), so I was able to "practice what I preach" this past weekend. It was....FUN! I look forward to sharing with each other our lives every few months. Whatever your plans may be, we hope you have a safe and fun day!
From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!

So why is a complete computerized engine analysis worth every penny? In 1970, the average car had only $25.00 worth of electronics. By 1981 the average car electronics had raised to over $1,000 per car and to over $5,500 per car by 1996 and it still continues to rise. Today's vehicles' computers operate everything from air conditioning, radios, air bags, alarm systems, anti-lock brake systems, traction control, ride control, cruise control, electronic digital and analog instrument panel, automatic transmissions, passenger comfort systems, and last but not least emission and engine controls.
In the do-it-yourself era that we are in, too many people resort to trial-and-error parts swapping when trying to fix a performance problem. Computer electronic parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing and are very sensitive to voltage overloads. Because of such risks, and the high cost of many parts, car dealers and parts suppliers refuse to allow returns on any electronics components. Most computers run from $250 to as high as $1,500 depending on what they control. The major manufacturers have reported that as high as 80% of all computers returned for repairs were found to be OK! For these reasons, a complete computerized engine analysis can save you money by correctly diagnosing your vehicle's problems the first time! Our technicians have access to the latest computer diagnostic equipment and computerized information system. Trying to diagnose today's vehicles without the proper training and diagnostic equipment can result in misdiagnosis costing you, the consumer, 100's even 1,000's of dollars of unnecessary repairs. |
